Another group of russian “unstoppable” Kindzhal missiles shot down over Kyiv

Today, russia launched another missiles attack on Ukraine. The main target was Kyiv. It is known, that russian forces launched Caliber missiles from the Black Sea area from the south direction as well as kindzhal missiles from the Bryansk region, russia from the north direction.

Official reports confiremed that hypersonic Kinzhal missiles were launched from the north.

According to official data, the following russian missiles were destroyed over Ukraine this time:

– 6 “Kinzhal” aeroballistic missiles;

– 6 Kalibr cruise missiles;

– 2 reconnaissance UAVs.

Most of the targets were destroyed over Kyiv and the Kyiv Oblast.

The city Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko also informed, that loud explosions were heard in the Podilsky district of Kyiv, But it was from the work of Ukrainain air defense near the capital. There are no damaged objects or houses in Kyiv after the Russian missile attack.

But there are demotes in the Kyiv Oblast.

A 82-year-old woman and a driver were injured as a result of the recent russian missiles attack in Kyiv region. Residential buildings and a shop damaged in one of the districts of the Kyiv region, the Prosecutor General’s Office reports.

The Kyiv Regional Military Administration noted that there is a possibility of repeated russian missile attacks in the nearest time. “Therefore, do not ignore the air warning signals!” – Serhii Popko, head of the KRMA reports.

Today, the presidents of the African Union, including South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, the Presidents of Zambia, Senegal, Comoros Islands as well as the Prime Minister of Egypt, and the Ugandan Foreign Ministry arrived to Kyiv with a peacemaking effort.

African politicians want to propose, in particular, the suspension of the ICC warrant for Putin’s arrest and the easing of anti-Russian sanctions.

After the russian attack, the office of the President of South Africa stated that the mission of the African leaders “is going well and according to plan”. President of the Republic of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa and other African leaders visited Bucha, Kyiv region.

It is now the first time, russian launched the mentioned above combination of missiles during its attack on Ukraine. During the eighth air attack on Kyiv in May, 2023 six russian Kh-47M2 ‘Kinzhal’ aeroballistic missiles were launched from six MiG-31K aircraft, 9 (nine) Kalibr cruise missiles were launched from ships in the Black Sea, and 3 (three) land-based missiles of S-400 ‘Iskander-M’ type. All “unstoppable” Kindzhal missiles were destroyed by the means of the Air Defence forces of Ukraine.
