Russian occupying authority in Crimea creates a systemic policy of pressure on legal entities and entrepreneurs, who in its opinion are “organizers of mass protests”.
This is stated in the document which was publicly announced by Nariman Dzhelalov, deputy head of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People. The document signed by the so-called first Deputy of the Ministry of Internal Policy, Information and Communication of the Crimea, S. Zyryanov.
“In order to analyze the socio-political situation, “Ministry” requests to ensure:

Monitoring and termination of the facts of municipal contracts with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are organizers of mass protests;

Monitoring of public associations and informal communities, territorial units that have a network with a total number of participants of not less than 50 people”,
