Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of  November 11, 2017 by ATO HQ operational data and Presidential Administration spokesman on ATO issues briefing: EMPR highlights.


(1) Russian hybrid forces activities in the war zone in eastern Ukraine dramatically increased over the last 24 hours; the enemy violated ceasefire regime 33 times, including 17 times on Luhansk direction and 16 times on Donetsk direction; Ukraine troops were forces to return fire in 24 cases;
(2) Luhansk direction: Russian proxies fired with forbidden 82-mm mortars and released 3 mines upon Ukrainian positions near Katerynivka; the enemy also fired with 82-mm mortars near the settlement of Donets; Russian occupiers used grenade launchers and small arms near Krymske; the enemy’s shelling with grenade launchers and small arms reported in Luhanske; the enemy also launched attacks with high caliber machine guns, grenade launchers and small arms against Ukrainian troops positions in Zaytseve;
(3) Donetsk direction: Russian occupiers fired with APCs, tanks and forbidden 82-mm and 120-mm mortars and released about 70 mines upon Ukrainian troops positions in the area of Pisky; the enemy launched attacks with 82-mm and 120-mm mortar launchers as well as small arms in the area of Pavlopil and Avdiivka; the enemy fired with 120-mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms upon Ukrainian troops near Vodyane; Russian proxies used grenade launchers fire near Berezove; to this end, occupiers fired with grenade launchers and high caliber machine guns upon Ukrainian positions in Hnutove;
(4) Mariupol direction: no attacks from Russian proxies’s side reported on this direction over the last day;
(5) No lethal ceasulties reported among Ukrainian troops, but 2 Ukrainian servicemen were wounded in actions in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
