Russia – Ukraine war updates: daily briefings as of January 25, 2018

Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of  January 25, 2018 by ATO HQ operational data and Ministry of Defence spokesman on ATO issues: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 3 attacks against Ukrainian Armed Forces in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours, including 2  on Luhansk direction and 1 on Donetsk and Mariupol direction.

(2) Luhansk direction: Russian proxies shelling reported in Stanytsya Luhanska and Kryakivka with the use of small arms.

(3) Donetsk direction: Russian occupied released 10 rounds of the forbidden 120-mm and 82-mm calibers upon Ukrainian troops positions in the area of Lebedynske.

(4) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in action in the area of Kryakivka in the war zone over the past day.
