Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of  October 31, 2017 by ATO HQ operational data and Presidential Administration spokesman on ATO issues briefing: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces violated ceasefire regime 10 times in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours; Ukrainian armed forces 7 times returned fire;

(2) Luhansk direction: Russian occupiers released 6 mines of forbidden 120-mm caliber near Tryokhizbenka;

(3) Donetsk direction: Avdiivka and Pisky came under Russian proxies fire of anti-tank grenade launchers at the end of the day;

(4) Mariupol direction: Russian troops used high caliber machine guns against Ukrainian forces near Starohnativka;

(5) No lethal casualties reported, but 1 Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in action in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
