Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of June 23, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 31 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the past day, including 8 attacks with the use of forbidden weaponry.

(2) Russian proxies launced 21 attacks with the following types of weaponry in the East area:

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Krasnkogorivka, Opytne (2 times), and Pisky,

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Vodyane (3 times), and Opytne (2 times),

easel antitank grenade launcher – near Hnutove, Novotroytske, Lebedynske suburbs (2 times), and Avdyivka,

automatic grenade launchers – near Krasnogorivka,

grenade launchers of different systems – Vodyane, Starognativka (3 times), Shyrokino (3 times), and Pavlopil (3 times),

high caliber machine guns – near Vodyane, Starognativka, Lebedynske, Opytne, and Avdyivka,

small arms – near Vodyane, Starognativka, Shyrokino, Pavlopil, Novotroytske, and Lebedynske,

(3) Russian proxies launched 10 attacks with the following types of weaponry in the North area:

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Pishchane, Luhanske (4 times), Zaytseve,

easel antitank grenade launchers – near Novooleksandrivka,

automatic grenade launchers – near Luhanshe,

high caliber machine guns – near Pishchane, Pivdenne, Novoluhanske, Mayorsk suburbs, near Zaytseve,

grenade launchers of different systems – Pivdenne and Mayorsk suburbs, near Zaytseve,

small arms – near Pishchane, Pivdenne, Luhanske, Mayorsk suburbs, near Zayteve,

(4) Russian forces losses over the last 24 hours are as follows: 4 wounded in actions.

(5) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was killed in actions and 8 servicemen wounded in actions in the war zone in Euasten Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
