The russian occupiers continue to ignore the laws and customs of warfare, use terror tactics, carry out missile and air strikes, fire multiple rocket launchers against not only the military, but also civilian objects of our state.
About 80 combat clashes took place during the past day. In total, the enemy carried out 6 missile and 51 air strikes, carried out 66 attacks from rocket salvo systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population. Multi-apartment and private residential buildings, as well as other civilian infrastructure, were destroyed and damaged.
In addition, on the night of October 25, the russian occupiers struck another blow against Ukraine, using 11 “Shahed-136/131” type UAVs. All enemy UAVs were destroyed by the forces and means of air defense of Ukraine.
The russian occupiers airstrikes reported for the following settlements: Leonivka, Chernihiv region; Sinkivka, Ivanivka, Pishchane, Kharkiv region; Nevske, Serebryansk Forestry of the Luhansk Oblast; Siversk, Vyimka, Dilyivka, Avdiivka, Maryinka, Pobyeda, Staromayorske of the Donetsk region; Zmiivka, Novoberislav, Berislav, Kozatske, Odradokamyanka, Mykolaivka, Mykilske of the Kherson region.
More than 100 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya and the Kherson regions came under the artillery fire of the russian invaders.
In the zone of responsibility of the operational-strategic group of troops “Pivnich” in the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation remains without significant changes.
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active diversionary activities in order to prevent the transfer of our troops to threatening directions, and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.
In the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia operational-strategic troop grouping in the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled about 10 enemy attacks near Sinkivka and Ivanivka of the Kharkiv region.
In the Lyman direction, our soldiers are firmly holding the defense, successfully repulsed all enemy attacks near Nadiya and Makiivka, Luhansk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled about 10 enemy attacks in the areas of Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, Andriivka settlements of the Donetsk region. At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue their assault operations south of Bakhmut, inflicting losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment, and entrenching themselves at the achieved frontiers.
In the zone of responsibility of the operational-strategic troop group “Tavria” in the Avdiivka direction, the enemy does not stop trying to surround Avdiivka, actively uses aviation, but our soldiers are steadfastly holding the defense and inflicting significant losses on the enemy. The offensive actions of the enemy were unsuccessful in the districts of Stepovoy, Avdiyivka, Severnoy, Nevelskyi of the Donetsk region, where the defense forces repelled more than 10 enemy attacks.
In the Mariinka direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assaults in the Mariinka and Pobeda districts of the Donetsk region. Here, Ukrainian soldiers repelled more than 20 enemy attacks.
In the Shakhtarsky and Zaporizhia directions, our defenders repelled all attacks of the occupiers in the areas of Novomykhailivka, Prechistivka, Staromayorskyi, south of Zolota Niva in the Donetsk region, and southeast of Mala Tokmachka in the Zaporizhia region.
At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, had partial success west of Verbovoi, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying troops, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.
In the zone of responsibility of the operational-strategic group of troops “Odesa” in the Kherson direction, Ukrainian soldiers are conducting a counter-battery fight, inflicting fire damage on the enemy’s rear.
In Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region, representatives of communal services, under the pretext of preparing for the heating season, conduct rounds of houses and apartments in order to identify debtors and check meters. Houses and apartments in which no one lives are sealed, and after a few days Russian occupiers move into these apartments. Occupiers often move in with their wives and children. As a rule, these are servicemen from the depressed regions of Erefiya: Buryats, Udmurts, Chechens.
In Rozhivka, Zaporizhzhia region, the russian occupiers have organized mobile checkpoints and are carrying out filtering measures among their own terrorists in order to find a group of russian soldiers who recently killed an occupation policeman in Berdyansk and stole his car.
During the past day, the aviation of the Defense Forces made 13 strikes on areas where the enemy’s personnel, weapons and military equipment are concentrated, and 3 – on the enemy’s anti-aircraft missile systems.
Units of the missile forces destroyed 12 artillery pieces, a logistics hub, a control post, an air defense device, and also hit 2 district and the concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment of the enemy.
Estimated losses of the russian enemy for the past day are as follows: 800 occupiers, 7 tanks, 28 armored fighting vehicles, 44 artillery systems, 5 anti-aircraft guns, 2 air defense vehicles, 9 operational-tactical level UAVs, 1 cruise missile, 27 vehicles and 1 unit of special equipment.
