Ukrainian defenders are steadfastly holding back the onslaught of the occupiers, inflicting significant losses on the enemy.
In total, 166 combat clashes were recorded over the past day.
Yesterday, the enemy launched two missile strikes using three missiles on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, as well as 94 air strikes, dropping 151 KAB. In addition, it carried out 6,449 attacks, including 187 from multiple launch rocket systems, and attracted about three thousand kamikaze drones for destruction.
The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular, in the areas of the settlements of Krasnopillya, Mykhailivske, Ugroidy, Osoyivka, Myropilske, Petrushivka, Mykhailivske in Sumy region; Novopil in Donetsk region; Zaporizhzhia, Hulyaipole, Kamianske, Rizdvyanka, Nizhnya Khortytsia of Zaporizhzhia region.
Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 11 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, two air defense systems, two artillery systems, an ammunition depot and one enemy pontoon crossing.
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy tried nine times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders near the settlements of Kindrashivka, Malaya Shapkivka, Hlyboke and Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk direction, eight attacks by the invaders took place yesterday. Our defenders repelled the enemy’s assault actions in the areas of Pishchany, Ivanivka, Kruglyakivka, Zagryzove, as well as in the Petropavlivka direction.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 22 times. Tried to penetrate our defenses in the directions of Novy, Novomykhailivka and near Yampolivka, Kopanki and Nadiya.
In the Siversky direction, the enemy made three attempts to advance in the area of Bilogorivka, as well as in the directions of Verkhnokamyansky and Ivano-Daryivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked four times in the areas of Minkivka, Stupochok and towards Oleksandro-Shultyn and Predtechyny.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy made 25 attacks near the settlements of Dachne, Druzhba and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 53 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Panteleimonivka, Oleksandropil, Zelene Pole, Tarasivka, Yelyzavetivka, Novotoretske, Promin, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirovo, Kotlyne, Udachne, Preobrazhenka and Andriivka, as well as in the directions of Muravka and Kotlyarivka.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy carried out 15 attacks in the direction of Shevchenko and in the areas of Vilny Pole, Konstantinopol and Rozlyv over the past day.
In the Orikhivka direction, the occupation troops advanced four times on the positions of our defenders in the direction of Shcherbaky and Stepovoye.
In the Hulyaipil and Prydniprovka directions over the past day, there were no clashes.
In the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of the formation of offensive enemy groups were detected.
The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue the operation in the Kursk region. Over the past day, the enemy carried out 18 airstrikes, dropping 27 KABs, and carried out 363 shellings, four of which were from MLRS. Ukrainian defenders stopped 18 assault actions of the invaders.
Our soldiers inflict significant losses on the occupation forces in manpower and equipment and actively undermine the offensive potential of the enemy in the rear.
In total, over the past day, the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1,330 russian soldiers. Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized 17 tanks, 28 armored combat vehicles, 101 artillery systems, two MLRS, an air defense system, 185 operational-tactical UAVs, 165 vehicles, two units of special equipment of the invaders and one heavy flamethrower system.
