Another night attack by the Russian occupiers began at the end of the previous day, May 25, at 10:00 p.m., and lasted until 5:00 a.m. on May 26.

This time, the enemy shifted the direction of the attack to the east, attacking, in particular, the objects of critical infrastructure.

In total, the launches of 17 missiles of various types were recorded, in particular, seven from the S-300/S-400 complexes and 31 attack drones.

10 Kh-101/Kh-555 air-based cruise missiles, 23 “Shahed” attack drones and 2 UAVs of operational-tactical level, “Orlan-10” and “Merlin-VR” were destroyed.

Strike UAVs and several S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft missiles were hit in the Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

During the past day, the enemy launched 4 missile strikes. A S-300 missile hit a dam in the Karlivka area of the Donetsk region. As a result, there is a great threat of flooding other nearby settlements. In addition, the enemy carried out 55 air strikes. In particular, 36 Iranian strike UAVs “Shahed” were used – all these air targets were destroyed. 19 attacks from multiple rocket launchers were also recorded.

The probability of launching missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.

The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on the Kupyansk, Lymansk, Bakhmutsk, Avdiivsk and Marinsky directions – 22 combat clashes took place during the past day.

In the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly.

In the Siversky and Slobozhansky directions, the enemy carried out mortar and artillery attacks on the settlements of Senkivka, Snovsk, Gai, Kamyanska Sloboda of the Chernihiv region; Bachivsk, Khodyne, Volodymyrivka, Basivka, Oleksandrivka, and Velika Pisarivka in the Sumy region, as well as Strelecha, Krasne, Cherkassky Tyshki, Lukyantsi, Neskuchne, Ternova, Vovchansk, Chugunivka, and Khatne in the Kharkiv region.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy does not stop trying to improve the tactical position. He carried out airstrikes near Chaykivka and Kislivka, Kharkiv region. During the day, he conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Masyutivka. Topoli, Figolivka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Masyutivka, Zapadne, Kislivka in the Kharkiv region and Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka in the Luhansk region were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar fire.

In the Lyman direction, during the day, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Belogorivka, Luhansk region. He carried out airstrikes here and near Ivano-Daryivka, Donetsk region. Makiivka, Nevske, Dibrova and Bilogorivka in the Luhansk region and Ivanivka, Torske, Verkhnokamianske and Spirne in the Donetsk region were hit by artillery fire.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy continues to conduct offensive actions in the Bakhmut area during the day. Vasyukivka, Privillia, Orihovo-Vasylivka, Hryhorivka, Bakhmut, Kalynivka, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Stupochki, Predtechine, Kostyantynivka, Bila Gora and North of the Donetsk region were affected by enemy shelling.

In the Avdyivka direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the Krasnohorivka direction. He carried out airstrikes in the area of Avdiyivka and Vodyanyi. Conducted artillery shelling near Avdiivka, Pervomaiskyi and Karlivka in the Donetsk region.

In the Marinka direction, units of the defense forces repelled numerous enemy attacks in the area of the city of Marinka. There, the enemy used aviation for strikes. At the same time, Maryinka and Pobieda of the Donetsk region came under enemy fire.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the occupiers shelled, in particular, Vugledar, Prechistivka, and Novosilka.

The enemy continues to conduct defensive operations in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. He carried out airstrikes in the districts of Olhivskyi, Gulyaipol, Novodanilivka in the Zaporizhzhia region and Novoberyslav in the Kherson region. Shelled the settlements of Zelene Pole, Olhivske, Malinivka, Gulyaipole, Gulyaipilske, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, Shcherbaki, Stepove, Kamianske, and Stepnohirsk of the Zaporizhia region; Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk region (7 private residential buildings were damaged); Zolota Balka, Novooleksandrivka, Havrylivka, Vesele, Kozatske, Lviv, Vysuntsi, Bilozerka, Antonivka, Veletenske of the Kherson region and the city of Kherson.

Aviation of the Defense Forces made 5 strikes on areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the enemy.

Also, our defenders shot down an enemy Su-25 plane the other day.

Ukrainian missile and gunners hit a control post, an anti-aircraft missile complex, 2 manpower concentration areas, 1 ammunition depot, one radar station and two artillery units in firing positions.
In total, last day, our defenders eliminated 460 Russian invaders, destroyed 1 tank, 3 armored combat vehicles, 25 artillery systems, 1 air defense vehicle, 1 plane, 3 UAVs of operational-tactical level, 13 vehicles and 2 units of special equipment.
