The russian Federation continues to wage a war of aggression, regardless of losses. In order to achieve its goals, it continues to use terror tactics, carries out strikes and attacks on civilian objects, in particular, residential areas.

Over the past day, the enemy launched 5 missile and 48 air strikes, launched 70 attacks from rocket salvo systems. Unfortunately, in addition to the destroyed infrastructure, civilians suffered.

The probability of launching missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains very high.
The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on attempts to completely occupy the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. During the past day, 30 combat clashes took place.

In the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly.

In the Siversk and Slobozhansk direction, the enemy continues to maintain a military presence in the areas bordering Ukraine. During the past day, the enemy carried out an air strike in the area of Strelcha, Kharkiv region. He carried out mortar and artillery shelling of the settlements of Galaganivka, Leonivka, Chernihiv region; Novovasylivka, Volfine, Rozhkovichi, Vovkivka, Yablunivka in the Sumy region, as well as Udy, Veterinarne, Graniv, Morokhovets, Ternova, Staritsa, Vovchansk, Gatishche, Pokalyan, Budarky, Zemlianka, Zarubinka, Chugunivka, and Milove in the Kharkiv region.

In the Kupyansk direction, during the past day, the enemy carried out airstrikes in the area of Kislivka, Kharkiv region, and Stelmakhivka, Luhansk region. Kamianka, Topoli, Krasne Pershe, Petro-Ivanivka, Figolivka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kindrashivka, Kislivka, Tabaivka, Berestov in the Kharkiv region and Novoselivske in the Luhansk region came under artillery and mortar shelling.

In the Lyman direction, during the past day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the Vesely area of the Donetsk region. Airstrikes in Zarichne, Yampolivka, Bilogorivka, Siversk, Zvanivka, Ivano-Daryivka, Spirne, Vesele and Nikiforivka districts of Donetsk region. Makiivka, Nevske, Bilogorivka of the Luhansk region and Verkhnokamianske, Torske, Spirne, Rozdolivka of the Donetsk region were hit by artillery fire.

In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy carried out offensive actions in the direction of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Ivanivskyi, and the North, without success. He carried out airstrikes in the districts of Diliivka and Bila Hora of the Donetsk region. Vasyukivka, Orihovo-Vasylivka, Hryhorivka, Bohdanivka, Ivanovske, Stupochki, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Bila Gora, Toretsk, North of Donetsk region were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy made an unsuccessful attack attempt in the direction of the settlements of Avdiivka and Pervomaiske. Airstrikes in the Avdiyivka area. He carried out artillery shelling of the areas of Berdychi, Stepove, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Karlivka settlements of the Donetsk region.
In the Marinka direction, our defenders repelled numerous enemy attacks in the area of the city of Marinka, inflicting significant losses on him. At the same time, the enemy carried out airstrikes on Krasnohorivka, carried out artillery attacks on Ukranian, Gostroy, Maksimilianivka, Georgiivka, Maryinka, Pobyeda and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region.

In the direction of Shakhtarsk, the enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of Prechistivka, Zolotaya Niva, and Shakhtarsky. He shelled the settlements of Vugledar, Shakhtarske, Zolota Niva and Vremivka in the Donetsk region.

The enemy continues to conduct defensive operations in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. He carried out airstrikes in the districts of Novopil of the Donetsk region, Olhivske, Poltavka of the Zaporizhzhia region. He carried out artillery shelling of Burlatske, Novosilka, Novopil, Temyrivka settlements of the Donetsk region; Olhivske, Poltavka, Gulyaipole, Charivne, Biloghirya, Novoandriivka, Shcherbaki, Stepove and Kamianske of the Zaporizhzhia region; Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region; Beryslav, Vesele, Tokarivka, Sadove, Bilozerka of the Kherson region and the city of Kherson.

The occupiers were not prepared for the consequences of blowing up the Kakhovskaya HPP dam, they suffered losses in manpower, weapons and military equipment. In particular, there are injured, dead and missing in units of the 7th Airborne Assault Division and the 22nd Army Corps of the USSR. Also, several field warehouses with ammunition and provisions, automobile and armored vehicles, and other military property were lost in the specified units.

At the same time, on June 6, a mass evacuation of the civilian population from the city of Kakhovka took place, during which people used their own automobile transport. Along with the civilian population, the Russian occupiers used the evacuation routes. During this movement, the invaders used local residents as human shields.

Over the past day, the aviation of the Defense Forces has struck 23 strikes on areas where personnel are concentrated and 4 on enemy anti-aircraft missile complexes.
