The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Bakhmut, Melitopol and Berdyansk areas. Thus, in the direction of Rivnopil – Volodyne, they had partial success, entrenched themselves at the reached boundaries, inflicted fire damage from artillery on identified enemy targets, and conducted counter-battery combat. The Russian occupiers put up a fierce resistance and suffered significant losses in personnel, weapons and equipment.

In the Bakhmut direction, Ukrainian soldiers have seized the strategic initiative and are conducting offensive actions with a wide front. On the flanks, near the city of Bakhmut, they continue to put pressure on the enemy, knocking out previously captured positions. They are successful, they are anchored in the achieved boundaries. The enemy makes a furious resistance. Heavy fighting continues.
During the past day, the Russian occupiers struck with Iranian attack UAVs of the “Shahed” type. Six kamikaze drones were destroyed by our anti-aircraft defenses. In addition, the enemy carried out 2 missile and 50 air strikes, carried out 52 attacks from rocket salvo systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, in addition to destroyed infrastructure, civilians suffered.
The probability of launching missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.

The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on the Lyman, Bakhmut and Mariinka directions – 40 combat clashes took place during the day.

In the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly.

In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy carried out an airstrike in the area of Ruska Lozova, Kharkiv region. He carried out mortar and artillery attacks on more than 25 settlements. Among them are Leonivka of Chernihiv region; Novovasylivka, Znob-Novgorodske, Nova Huta, Vovkivka in the Sumy region, as well as Veterinarne, Kozacha Lopan, Mali Prohody, Gatishche, Pletenivka, Bochkove, Nesterne, Krugle and Budarki in the Kharkiv region.

In the Kupyansk direction, more than 20 settlements, including Kolodyazne, Figolivka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kindrashivka, Kupyansk, Masyutivka, Kislivka, Berestov of the Kharkiv region, were hit by enemy artillery and mortar fire.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Rozdolivka. He carried out airstrikes in the areas of Belogorivka, Luhansk Region, and Zvanivka and Vyimka, Donetsk Region. More than 10 settlements, in particular, Nevske, Bilogorivka in the Luhansk region, and Torske, Verkhnokamianske, and Rozdolivka in the Donetsk region, were hit by artillery fire.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensives in the area of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bohdanivka, and Bila Hora. He carried out an airstrike near New York, Donetsk region. About 15 settlements, including Vasyukivka, Orihovo-Vasylivka, Markove, Khromove, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Ozaryanivka, and Pivdenne, were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Avdiivka and Severny. At the same time, he carried out an airstrike in the Avdiyivka region, fired artillery at more than 10 settlements, in particular, Berdychi, Avdiivka, Vodyane, Karlivka, and Pervomaiske.

In the Mariinka direction, our defenders repelled all enemy attacks in the area of the city of Marinka, at the same time, the enemy launched an air strike within this settlement. At the same time, he carried out artillery shelling in the areas of about 10 settlements, including Maryinka and Pobyeda in the Donetsk region.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the direction of Novomykhailivka. He carried out airstrikes near Prechistivka and Makarivka in the Donetsk region. He shelled more than 20 settlements, including Kostyantynivka, Paraskoviivka, Novomykhailivka, Prechistivka, Zolota Niva, Vilne Pole, Storozheve, Blagodatne, Makarivka, and Rivnopil of the Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhia and Kherson directions, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on preventing the advance of our troops. The enemy carried out airstrikes in Levadny and Malaya Tokmachka regions of the Zaporizhzhia region. He carried out artillery shelling of about 30 settlements. Among them are Levadne, Olhivske, Gulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Charivne of the Zaporizhzhia region; Mykhailivka, Havrylivka, Odradokamianka, Mykolaivka, Olhivka, Burgunka, Lviv, Ivanivka, Naddniprianske, Antonivka, Kherson, Komysany, Dniprovske, Yantarne, Berehove, Tomina Balka, Sofiivka in the Kherson region and Ochakiv in the Mykolayiv region.

Russian occupation forces continue to suffer heavy losses on the battlefield. Therefore, the enemy continues to equip educational institutions in the temporarily occupied territories to house the wounded. Thus, in the town of Kalanchak, Kherson Region, one of the secondary schools was converted into a military hospital by the Russian occupiers. Now more than 100 occupiers with injuries of varying degrees of severity are being treated there.

Our defenders destroyed a Russian Su-25 aircraft and 3 reconnaissance UAVs of the operational-tactical level.

Over the past 24 hours, units of missile forces and artillery have hit an ammunition depot, 11 artillery units in firing positions, 3 anti-aircraft defenses, 2 electronic warfare stations and another important enemy target.

In total, last day, our soldiers eliminated 680 Russian invaders. The enemy also lost 2 tanks, 10 armored combat vehicles, 27 artillery systems, one air defense vehicle, one Su-25 aircraft, 14 operational-tactical UAVs, 6 vehicles and 6 units of special equipment.
