It burns and creates an effect. How the UFO or Dragon Drone is scorching fields with occupiers — Hetman
In a broadcast on Radio NV, Oleksiy Hetman, a veteran of the Russo-Ukrainian War and a reserve major, discussed how an FPV drone is incinerating positions occupied by the Russian army.
“We can’t say for sure what exactly is being used there, as we don’t have official confirmations yet. It could be old, familiar napalm or some other mixture—many possibilities exist. The main thing is that it burns and produces a certain effect,” Hetman noted.
He speculates that it might not be napalm, but rather a thermal mixture that cannot be extinguished with water:
“This means that the warhead of this ‘UFO’ likely consisted of a liquid or viscous mixture. This was a test; it’s not yet a weapon that will be used serially. […] I think we’ll see it in action soon, and then we’ll be able to analyze it.”
On September 2, the RUBpAK No Chance unit of the 108th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade released a video showing a “dragon drone” burning out Russian forces from wooded areas.
It’s believed that this occurred in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Several Russian propaganda Telegram channels initially attributed the success of this Ukrainian invention to the Russian army, but later edited their posts.
