Euromaidan: memorial day of the first deaths

Today one year passed since the first Ukrainian activist was shot dead at Euromaidan. No one forgets this date – January 22, 20014. At the early morning young boy lost his life. His name was Sergiy Nigoyan. All Ukrainians were shocked by this murder. We all in one moment got up in the morning in the new reality, and discover how to be a citizen of a new country. The country, where peaceful activist could be easily murdered.

Mentioned activist started the long list of deaths on January 22,2014. They were free and open mind people, who lost their lives for new Ukraine.

One year passed. No one is declared guilty in all Euromaidan murders by the new Ukrainian authority. No one is in jail. TV says we live in the new Ukraine now, with new President, new Government and New Parliament. But feelings remain the same as one year ago: nothing has changed. We are citizens of the country, where people dying and no one can save a life, and still no one is in jail.

Today at 18:00 all who what to commemorate fallen heroes, please come to Maidan. We will do it together.
