President of Ukraine has declared over a million from deposits in his own bank

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has declared over a million hryvnias of income from deposits in his own bank.


Poroshenko received interest on three deposits in the bank.
More than a million hryvnias of income in the form of interest from deposits in the International Invest Bank (IIB) was declared by him.
The relevant data has been published in the Unified State Register of Declarations. A report on significant changes in the declaration indicates that President Poroshenko received interest on three deposits in the bank in the amount of 616,309 thousand UAH, 328,698 thousand UAH and 84,778 thousand.
In total, the income was 1 million 29 thousand 785 UAH.
As stated in the National Bank of Ukraine, the main shareholder of the IIB is Poroshenko Petro Oleksiyovych. He owns a total of 60% of the bank’s shares.
