Tonight, the russian occupiers launched another missile attack on the territory of Ukraine. Information regarding the consequences of this terrorist attack is currently being clarified.
During the past day, the Russian invaders carried out an air strike using shahed drones. As a result of successful combat work, all 5 attack UAVs were destroyed by our soldiers. In addition, the enemy launched 4 missile strikes, 58 air strikes and fired 81 salvo rockets at the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there are victims among the civilian population, residential buildings and other infrastructure were destroyed.
The probability of further missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Mariinka directions – during the past day, about 40 combat clashes took place.
In the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly. There were no signs of the formation of offensive groups.
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy carried out an airstrike in the Veterinary region of the Kharkiv region. He carried out mortar and artillery shelling of more than 15 settlements, in particular, Tymonovichi of Chernihiv region was affected; Seredyna-Buda, Uhroidy, Ryasne of Sumy Oblast and Kozacha Lopan, Strelech, Ternov and Budarka of Kharkiv Oblast.
In the Kupyansk direction, our soldiers are firmly holding the defense. Kamianka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kupyansk and Kislivka of the Kharkiv region were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar attacks.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensives in the districts of Nadiya in Luhansk region and Torsky and Hryhorivka in Donetsk region. He carried out airstrikes in the Serebryansky Forest and Spirnyi districts of the Donetsk region. The settlements of Nevske, Bilogorivka in Luhansk region and Torske, Verkhnyokamianske, Spirne and Rozdolivka in Donetsk region were hit by artillery fire.
In the direction of Bakhmut, our defenders successfully repelled enemy attacks in the area of Bohdanivka and Ivanivsky, Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements, including Vasyukivka, Markove, Bohdanivka, Ivanovske, Stupochki, Kostyantynivka, Druzhba and New York of the Donetsk region, were affected by enemy artillery shelling.
In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders successfully repelled attacks by russian troops in the Avdiivka area. The enemy launched an airstrike near Severny, Donetsk region. At the same time, he carried out artillery shelling of more than 10 settlements, in particular Avdiivka, Pervomaiske and Nevelske of the Donetsk region.
In the Mariinka direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the advance of russian troops in the Krasnohorivka and Maryinka districts of the Donetsk region. The enemy launched an air strike near Krasnohorivka. He shelled more than 10 settlements, including Maksimilianivka, Georgiivka, Maryinka, and Pobieda in Donetsk region.
In the Shakhtarsky direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Novomykhailivka. It carried out airstrikes near Blagodatny and Makarivka and shelled more than 10 settlements, including Paraskoviivka, Novomykhailivka, Vugledar and Blagodatne in the Donetsk region.
In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on preventing the further advance of our troops. Made unsuccessful attempts to restore the lost position in the area south of Novodarivka, Zaporizhzhia region. He carried out airstrikes in the districts of Gulyaipilskyi, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, and Pyatikhatok of the Zaporizhzhia region. More than 25 settlements were hit by artillery fire, including Novodarivka, Gulyaipole, Gulyaipilske, Novoandriivka, Stepove, Kamianske of the Zaporizhzhia region; Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region; Zolota Balka, Dudchany, Berislav, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Veletenske of the Kherson region and the city of Kherson.
At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions, and are entrenched at the achieved boundaries.
In the temporarily captured town of Energodar in the Zaporizhzhia region, the occupiers sent repressions against the Zaporizhzhia NPP workers who refuse to cooperate and enter into contracts with the Russian occupation administration. Instead, Ukrainians continue to resist: they do not go to work, sabotage the implementation of the decisions of the occupation administration, etc. In turn, the invaders apply measures of psychological and physical influence to such workers. Employees of Rosgravidia and the FSB of the Russian Federation use intimidation, threats, blackmail, and also beat Ukrainian specialists, take their cash, funds from bank cards, and seize mobile phones.
Over the past day, the aviation of the defense forces has struck 12 strikes on areas where the enemy’s personnel, weapons and military equipment are concentrated. Also, our defenders destroyed 4 operational-tactical reconnaissance UAVs.
During the day, units of missile forces and artillery hit 21 artillery pieces in firing positions, an anti-aircraft missile system and another important enemy target.
