Russia is attacking Kyiv while five African leaders come with a peacemaking mission

Russia attacks Kyiv with missiles on the day when an African delegation arrived in the Ukrainian capital with a peacekeeping mission.

African politicians want to propose, in particular, the suspension of the ICC warrant for Putin’s arrest and the easing of anti-Russian sanctions.

Meanwhile, in addition to South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, the following presidents are visiting Kyiv: Zambia, Senegal, Comoros Islands (whose president heads the African Union), the Prime Minister of Egypt, and the Ugandan Foreign Ministry.

Russia is attacking Kyiv while five African leaders are in the city on a peacemaking effort.

Tomorrow, the delegation plans to go to St. Petersburg for a meeting with Putin.

It is known, that russian forces launched Caliber missiles from the Black Sea area from the south direction as well as ballistic missiles from the Bryansk region, russia from the north direction. Preliminary reports do not exclude that hypersonic Kinzhal missiles were launched from the north.

It is also known that explosions were audible in Podil district of Kyiv and air defence was working in the Kyiv oblast.
