Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of July 12, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 24 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the past day, including the use of forbidden weaponry in 11 cases.

(2) Russian occupiers launced 17 attacks with the following types of weaponry in the East area:

forbidden 122-mm artillery – near Chermalyk,

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Taramchuk (2 times), Novoselivka Druha (2 times) and Maryinka (3 times),

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Taramchuk suburbs (2 times) and Novoselivka Druha,

APC – near Maryinka and Vodyane,

automatic grenade launchers – near Maryinka and Novomykhaylivka,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Pisky, Hnutove, Vodyane and Berezove,

high caliber machine guns – near Pisky, Pishchevik, Maryinka and Hnutove,

small arms – near Shyrokino, Pishchevik, Maryinka, Hnutove, Vodyane, Novomykhaylivka, Berezove and Lebedynske.

(3) Russian forces launched 7 attacks with the following types of weaponry in the North area:

forbidden 122-mm artillery – near Novoluhanske,

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Novoluhanske, Luhanske and Svitlodarsk,

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Zaytseve and Luhanske,

automatic grenade launcher – near Novoluhanske,

grenade launchers – near Zaytseve, Luhanske and Svitlodarsk,

high caliber machine guns – near Zaytseve,

small arms – near Zaytseve and Luhanske.

(4) Russian forces losses over the last 24 hours are as follows: 3 killed in actions and 4 wounded in actions.

(5) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was killed in actions and 3 servicemen were wounded in actions in the war zone in Euasten Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
