Terrorist leader Plotnitskiy on Russian plans for LPR and DPR.
As Plotnitskiy admits in his statement:
1) the situation in Ukraine will destabilize until Ukraine’s government exchange,
2) Ukraine will loose control over it’s boarder,
3) Minsk signed agreements mainly benefit Russia (DPR, LPR) but not Ukraine,
4) president Poroshenko has obligations to arrange it.
