Ukraine declares Martial Law

Ukraine declares Martial Law after Ukraine’s parliament voted to impose martial law for 30 days starting on the morning of November 28 in those 10 regions of Ukraine which have common border with Russia, Russian-occupied Crimea and Russia-controlled Transnistria.

The move followed after Russia attacked and seized 3 Ukrainian ships in neutral waters near Crimea.

President of Ukraine addressed Ukrainian citizens about the imposed martial law.

Translation of the speech is taken from the official website of the President of Ukraine.
