Russian troops encircle Ukrainian base in Crimea Ukraine – personnel is ready to react and officers are waiting for the orders from Ukrainian government. Meanwhile unknown armed soldiers dressed in modern Russian military uniforms with no signs on it encircle A-0669 Ukrainian military base in Kerch blocking the main gate with Russian military truck “Ural” with Russian traffic plates on. Ukrainian military base press guide says that this situation completely is under control.
