CNN journalist filmed a voter fraud during illegal referendum in Crimea.

On March 16, 2014 Crimea held an illegal referendum in attempt to join Russia, rich in voter fraud and questionable voting practices. On 1:55, journalists from CNN Live caught on video a man clearly stuffing two ballots in the transparent bin, instead of one. According to the journalist, ethnic Crimean Tatars largely boycott the referendum, yet early in the day, 80% voter turnout is reported.
