MP shocked with the budgets of cities that are actually occupied

The budgets of occupied communities: Avdiivka – 132 million, Volnovakha – 60 million, Vuhledar – 205 million, Mariupol – 919 million, Myrne – 9 million, Rubizhne – 170 million, Sievierodonetsk – 544 million, Starobilsk – 578 million, Popasna – 101 million, Lysychansk – 658 million, Kreminna – 175 million, etc. All these funds are allocated to housing and utilities.

I could go on and on with this list.

And do you know what these budgets are spent on? Housing and utilities. How exactly do they maintain utilities? Via satellites, the internet, or what?”
