Andriy Portnov betrayed Ukraine and sold court decisions and law enforcement cases on the same scale as Escobar had sold cocaine in Colombia.

Yuriy Butusov, censor.net editor in chief stated that former Yanukovich law advisor Andriy Portnov filed more than 20 lawsuits against him, and dozens of courts of first and second instance issued framed-up decisions in his interests, but thanks to the work of my lawyers, Portnov lost every single case against me in the Supreme Court, so I neither made any refutations nor paid him any money.

Portnov is the only Ukrainian citizen who is subject to US sanctions, but who has not been sanctioned by Ukraine. The reason for the sanctions is his corrupt influence on the judiciary in Ukraine. All-powerful judicial mobster Portnov has not been sanctioned by the current government, because it has been an accomplice to his crimes since 2019.

Portnov’s murder, in my opinion, was ordered by one of those in Ukraine from whom he either had stolen money or seized a business or was about to do so. Portnov was the mastermind behind the current octopus of courts and law enforcement agencies that are robbing Ukrainian business. This lawlessness intensified even more with the start of the Russian invasion. Despite the ongoing terrible war, Portnov was in charge of dozens of heads of law enforcement agencies and units, dozens of judges, took into partnership many top officials who appoint them, and robbed tens of millions of dollars from the war-torn country, seizing someone’s business or money.

Countless people had reason to hate Portnov.

Portnov was killed by total corruption in the courts and law enforcement agencies, which he himself had created.

Because if the law worked in Ukraine, Portnov would be in jail and still be alive.

The same fate awaits other incumbent high-ranking officials and “watchdogs” who now give orders to rob, destroy, and impose sanctions just to extract bribes without punishment.

Look at Portnov, you – the mafia in the highest state offices, Portnov’s friends and partners who consider themselves immortal in their chairs. Because if the law does not work, one day you will end up just like Escobar or Portnov, and a TV series about as criminals rather than heroes will be made.
