SBU prevents a terrorist act in Kyiv

Security Service of Ukraine prevented terrorist act in Kyiv organised by Russia’s GRU officer, senior adviser in SBU Markian Lubkivskyi reports.

Today, at the heart of Kyiv, SBU staff detained 30 years-old woman that came from Luhansk. She planned to leave her bag with explosive in a defined place at the Independence Square in Kyiv. The woman was instructed by representative of GRU (main intelligence directorate of the Russian General Staff) with callsign “Kostiantyn”.Detected explosive is equivalent to 3 kg of TNT.
