Before his annihilation in Spain Portnov met with Zelenskyy, Yermak, and Tatarov in Ukraine

Former deputy head of Yanukovych’s administration, Andriy Portnov, met with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, and Deputy Head of the Office Oleh Tatarov during his recent visit to Ukraine.

This was reported by Censor.NET, citing its own sources.

Andriy Portnov visited Ukraine from May 17 to 19 and held meetings with Zelenskyy, Yermak, and Tatarov. He allegedly left the country illegally – without a certificate from the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) confirming legal grounds for crossing the border.

The murder of Andriy Portnov

On May 21, 2025, former Deputy Head of Yanukovych’s Administration, Andriy Portnov, was killed in the Spanish city of Pozuelo de Alarcón.

The Embassy of Ukraine in Spain is in constant contact with local law enforcement authorities regarding the murder case of Portnov, the former deputy head of Yanukovych’s administration.

The Spanish judge investigating the murder has ordered the investigation materials to be classified.

According to Ukrainska Pravda, shadow judicial overseer and lawyer close to the fugitive ex-president, Andriy Portnov, was in Ukraine a few days before his murder in Madrid and met with top officials responsible for law enforcement operations.
