Poroshenko does not recognize former defence minister responsible for Ilovaisk Massacre

Yuriy Butusov: Heletei’s new post means president Poroshenko doesn’t recognize former Defence Minister’s responsibility for Ilovaisk massacre as well as his own for such an appointment.
