The Third Assault Brigade has become the Third Army Corps
“We spent three years gaining unique experience in fierce battles, conducting successful counteroffensives, and becoming the most effective in the use of drones on the frontlines. We implemented new technologies, changed our approach to training personnel, and created the best recruitment system in the country. We launched our own FPV and NPK schools. We created large-scale cultural and educational projects. Now it’s time to expand our horizons,” the brigade’s statement says.
The Third Army Corps will be commanded by Andriy Biletsky.
The Corps will be built on the following key priorities: combat training, a professional sergeant corps, management, planning, and technological advancement.
“Glory to Ukraine! I report that the Third Separate Assault Brigade is officially being transformed into the Third Army Corps. Our journey from a brigade to a corps has not been easy. During this time, the brigade went through the most fierce campaigns of this full-scale war — the Kyiv campaign, Bakhmut, Avdiivka. But the past means much less than the future. And the future holds ambitious plans for the Corps. The pillars on which we will build this Corps are combat training, the creation of a professional sergeant corps, work with management and planning, and above all, technologies and technological advancement. Our plans are to change the principles and tactics of this war, which will change the course of the war itself in Ukraine’s favor. Si vis pacem, para bellum. Glory to Ukraine!” — Andriy Biletsky.
