Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of July 25, 2017 by ATO HQ operational data and Presidential Administration spokesman on ATO issues briefing: EMPR highlights.



(1) Russian hybrid forces increased to 27 number of attacks against Ukrainian troops posirions in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours, including 14 times on Luhansk direction, 5 times on Donetsk direction and 8 times on Mariupol direction;
(2) Luhansk direction: Russian occupiers used mortar launchers fire in Kryakivka; Russians provoced warfare near Tryokhizbenka; the enemy actively used small arms during shellings at Stanytsya Luhanska, Novoaydarsk and Popasna districts;
(3) Donetsk direction: Russian proxies activities reported around Avdiivka and Butovka mine areas; the enemy three times used mortar launchers fire and released 15 mines upon Ukrainian troops positions; to this end, half-an-hour shotout took place at Svitlodarska line;
(4) Mariupol direction: Krasnogorivka, Bogdanivka and Shyrokino reported as the hottest spots on this direction; Russian occupiers used APCs and mortar fire against Ukrainian troops several times, and small arms in the rest cases;
(5) No lethal casualties reported among Ukrainian troops, but 3 servicemen were wounded in action in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the past day.
