Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of September 6, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 21 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the past 24 hours, including the use of heavy weaponry by the enemy.

(2) Russian occupiers launched 16 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Verkhnyotoretske and Avdyivka (2 times),

easel anti-tank grenade launcher – near Vodyane (3 times),

automatic grenade launchers – near Novotroytske,

grenade launchers – near Verkhnyotoretske and Avdyivka,

high caliber machine guns – near Talakivka (2 times), Novotroytske (2 times), Verkhnyotoretske, Avdyivka, Pavlopil, Pishchevyk and Vodyane,

small arms – near Talakivka, Vodyane, Lebedynske (3 times), and Novognativka.

(3) Russian proxies launched 5 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 122-mm artillery – near Zaytseve and Pivdenne,

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Zaytseve, Novgorodske and Pivdenne,

automatic grenade launchers – near Novgorodske,

easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Zolote,

high caliber machine guns – near Zaytseve, Novgorodske and Pivdenne,

sniper fire – near Novgorodske,

small arms – near Zaytseve and Pivdenne.

(3) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was killed in actions and 1 serviceman was wounded in actions reported among Ukrainian servicemen for the past day.
