Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of September 27, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.




(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 23 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours, including the use forbidden hard weaponry against Ukrainian troops.

(2) Russian proxies launched 16 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

anti-tank missile complex - near Novognativka (2 times),

APC fire – near Mykolayivka,

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Pishchevyk (2 times) and Krasnogorivka (4 times),

grenade launchers of different systems – near Vodyane (2 times),

automatic grenade launchers – near Maryinka (2 times) and Mykolayvka,

sniper fire - near Maryinka,

small arms – near Vodyane, Pishchevyk, Novotroytske (2 times), Pavlopil, Mykolayivka, Novognativka and Krasnogorivka. 

(3) Russian proxies launched 7 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers - near Luhanske (3 times),

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Travneve and Novoluhanske (3 times),

grenade launchers of different systems – near Travneve, Novoluhanske and Luhanske,

grenade launchers – near Luhanske,

sniper fire – near Novoluhanske,

small arms – near Novoluhanske.

(4) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in actions for the last 24 hours.
