Russia – Ukraine war updates: daily briefings as of September 20, 2019

Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of September 20, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 13 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours with the use of forbidden heavy weaponry.

(2) Russian proxies launched 7 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Novomykhaylivka,

APC fire – near Bogdanivka,

grenade launchers – near Bogdanivka,

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Vodyane (3 times),

small arms – near Mykolayvka, Novotroytske and Vodyane.

(3) Russian proxies launched 6 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Luhanske (2 times), Novoluhanske and Travneve,

automatic grenade launchers – near Orykhove,

grenade launchers – near Luhanske,

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Krymske,

small arms – near Zolote, Luhanske, Travneve and Orykhove.

(4) No lethal casualties as well as no wounded in actions reported among Ukrainian servicemen for the past day.
