Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of October 4, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces increased aging to 41 the number of attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours. The enemy actively used forbidden hard weaponry against Ukrainian troops.

(2) Russian proxies launched 19 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Avdyivka (2 times),

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Pisky,

easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Berezove,

automatic grenade launchers – near Novognativka, Popasna, Pishchevyk (3 times) and Verkhnyotoretsk,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Novotroytske (4 times) and Kamyanka,

small arms – near Pishchevyk, Avdyivka, Verkhnyotoretsk, Berezove, Vodyane (2 times), Pavlopil (2 times), Maryinka, Kamyanka and Novotroytske, 

(3) Russian occupiers launched 21 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Luhanske (5 times), Pivdenne and Krymske (4 times),

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Troytske, Luhanske and Novoluhanske,

APC fire – near Krymske,

easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Pivdenne, Zaytseve and Hutyr Vilnuy and Zolote,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Luhanske, Novoluhanske, Orikhove and Krymske, 

small arms – near Orikhove, Zaytseve, HUtyr Vilnuy, Pivdenne, Popasna, Luhanske and Krymske.

(4) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was killed in actions in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
