Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of October 31, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.
(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 19 attacks attacks with the use of forbidden 120-mm and 82-mm mortar launchers fire in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
(2) Russian proxies launched 6 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:
easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Krasnogoryvka,
manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Vodyane,
grenade launchers – near Vodyane (5 times),
high caliber machine guns – near Krasnogoryvka and Vodyane (5 times),
small arms – near Vodyane (5 times),
(3) Russian proxies launched 13 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:
forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Novotoshkyvske,
forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Krymske (6 times), Orykhove and Zaytseve,
APC fire – near Krymske (6 times),
easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Troytske,
automatic grenade launchers – near Zaytseve, Novoluhanske and Pivdenne,
grenade launchers – near Krymske (6 times) and Pivdenne,
high caliber machine guns – near Krymske (6 times), Novoluhanske and Pivdenne,
small arms – near Krymske (6 times) and Luhanske,
(4) No lethal casualties as well as no wounded in actions reported among Ukrainian servicemen for the last 24 hours.
