Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of October 28, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces increased to 13 the number of attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours, including the use of forbidden hard weaponry against Ukrainian troops.

(2) Russian occupiers launched 4 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Vodyane,

high caliber machine guns – near Berezove and Maryinka,

grenade launchers – near Berezove and Lebedynske,

small arms – near Lebedynske, Vodyane and Maryinka,

(3) Russian occupiers launched 9 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Novoluhanske (3 times), 

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Zaytseve, Novgorodske, Novoluhanske and Luhanske (2 times),

anti-tank grenade launchers – near Novoluhanske (3 times) and Zolote-4 (3 times),

automatic grenade launchers – near Novoluhanske (3 times),

easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Travneve,

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Travneve,

high caliber machine guns – near Luhanske, Krymske and Zolote-4 (3 times),

grenade launchers – near Krymske,

small arms – near Novoluhanske (3 times), Travneve and Zolote-4 (3 times),

(4) No lethal casualties as well as no wounded in actions reported among Ukrainian servicemen for the last 24 hours.
