Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of October 20, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.
(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 15 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours. The enemy continue to use of forbidden weaponry.
(2) Russian proxies launched 9 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:
easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Vodyane (2 times) and Talakyvka,
APC fire – near Vodyane,
automatic grenade launchers – near Verkhnyotoretske, Pavlopil and Taramchuk,
grenade launchers of different systems – near Avdyivka and Novoselivka Druha,
high caliber machine guns – near Avdyivka, Verkhnyotoretske, Pavlopil, Krasnogorivka and Taramchuk,
small arms – near Vodyane, Avdyivka, Novoselivka Druha and Talakyvka,
(3) Russian occupiers launched 6 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:
forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Zolote-4 (3 times),
forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Zolote-4 (3 times),
easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Troytske,
automatic grenade launchers – near Krymske,
grenade launchers – near Zolote-4 (3 times),
high caliber machine guns – near Zolote-4 and Krymske,
small arms – near Zolote-4,
(4) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in actions for the last 24 hours.
