Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of October 2, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 13 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours. The enemy continues the use of forbidden hard weaponry against Ukrainian troops.

(2) Russian forces launched 9 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Pavlopil, Novomykhaylivka and Novognativka,

high caliber machine guns – near Bogdanivka and Avdyivka,

automatic grenade launchers – near Avdyivka,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Vodyane (2 times),

small arms – near Avdyivka,

(3) Russian proxies launched 4 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 122-mm artillery – near Novozvanivka (2 times),

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Travneve (2 times),

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Novoluhanske and Pivdenne,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Pivdenne and Travneve,

small arms – near Pivdenne, Zolote and Travneve,

(4) No lethal casualties as well as no wounded in actions reported among Ukrainian serviceman for the last 24 hours.
