Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of October 11, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.  

(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 25 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours. The enemy fired with forbidden hard weaponry against Ukrainian troops positions.

(2) Russian occupiers launched 20 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Vodyane (9 times) and Avdyivka,

APC fire – near Vodyane,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Vodyane, Novotroytske (2 times), Novoselivka Druha and Pishchevyk,

sniper fire – near Vodyane,

small arms – near Vodyane, Novotroytske, Pavlopil (2 times), Maryinka and Pishchevyk,

(3) Russian forces launched 5 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Shumy,

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Luhanske,

automatic grenade launchers – near Hutyr Vilnuy,

APC fire – near Krymske,

grenade launchers – near Krymske,

small arms – near Krymske, Luhanske, Shumy, Katerynivka and Hutyr Vilnuy.

(4) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was killed in actions in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
