Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of August 29, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 14 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the past 24 hours. The enemy used forbidden weaponry against Ukrainian troops.

(2) Russian occupiers launched 7 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

grenade launchers of different systems – near Vodyane (4 times) and Shyrokino,

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Pavlopil,

small arms – near Lebedynske and Vodyane.

(3) Russian enemies launched 7 attacks in the North area with the use of the following types of arms:

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Novoluhanske,

forbidden 82-mm mortar laucnhers – near Zaytseve,

APC fire – near Novoluhanske and Novotoshkivske,

grenade launchers – near Novoluhanske, Pivdenne, Mayorsk (3 times) and Novotoshkivske,

manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Zaytseve,

high caliber machine guns – near Zaytseve, Mayorsk and Pivdenne,

small arms – near Novoluhanske, Mayorsk, Novotoshkivske and Zaytseve.

(3) No casualties and wounded in actions reported among Ukrainian servicemen for the past day.
