Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of August 11, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.
(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 13 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the last 24 hours. The enemy used forbidden heavy weponry against Ukrainian defenders.
(2) Russian occupiers launched 9 attacks with the use of the following types of arms in the East area:
grenade launcher – near Talakivka (2 times),
manual anti-tank grenade launchers – near Pishchevyk (2 times), Opytne and Avdyivka (2 times),
easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Hnutove,
high caliber machine guns – near Pishchevyk, Avdyivka and Lebedynske (3 times),
small arms – near Pishchevyk, Avdyivka and Lebedynske.
(3) Russian proxies launched 4 attacks in the North area with the use of the following arms:
forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Katerynivka,
easel anti-tank grenade launchers – near Luhansk,
grenade launchers – near Novoluhanske,
high caliber machine guns – near Luhanske,
automatic grenade launchers – near Svitlodarsk,
small arms – near Luhanske and Katerynivka.
(3) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was killed in actions and 1 serviceman was wounded in actions for the past day.
