OFFICIAL: The 3rd Assault Brigade is advancing in the Kharkiv region, reclaiming territories!
As a result of counteroffensive actions, the brigade took control of a battalion defense area of the occupiers, including enemy platoon and company strongpoints, advancing nearly two square kilometers into the front.
The force ratio on the battlefield was 2.5 to 1 in favor of the enemy, along with additional enemy support forces.
“The main objective of the operation was to reduce the offensive potential of Russia’s 20th Army. As of now, this objective has been achieved,” stated the brigade commander, Colonel Andriy Biletsky.
Over four days, the enemy suffered losses of about 300 personnel, and a significant amount of equipment and weaponry was destroyed or damaged.
“The uniqueness of the operation was that we advanced against a superior enemy and won. The success was due to detailed planning, unconventional decisions, and the coordinated efforts of artillery, air defense, anti-tank systems, and reconnaissance. But the heroes on the battlefield were the tank crews, engineers, scouts, and, most importantly, the assault troops,” the brigade commander emphasized.
The assault actions diverted the enemy’s strike from the direction of Makiivka and relieved pressure from other critical areas of the front in the neighboring brigades’ sectors.
Currently, the occupiers are intensifying the use of aviation, MLRS, and long-range artillery, attempting to regain lost ground. However, the 3rd Assault Brigade is holding the line!
