Medvedev: Ukraine is Russia’s potential military adversary

Russia’s Prime-Minister Dmitry Medvedev names Ukraine Russia’s potential military adversary. Medvedev wrote about this on his Facebook account.

According to Medvedev’s statement on his Facebook account, the Ukraine Freedom Support Act, signed by US President, is Anti-Russian and will poison Russia-US relations for decades.
In his Facebook statement he also says: “President of Ukraine has submitted a bill to the Verkhovna Rada to cancel non-aligned status of his state. Basically, it’s a bid to join NATO making Ukraine a potential military adversary of Russia. Both these decisions will lead to the most negative consequences. And our country will have to respond to them.”
To remind: the Ukraine Freedom Support Act was signed by Barack Obama on December 18, 2014. That very day, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has submitted a bill to the Verkhovna Rada to cancel non-aligned status of Ukraine.
