Reclaiming Ukrainian history: from Trypillia to modern Ukraine

From our peculiar official history, we learn that the first inhabitants of modern-day Ukraine were the Trypillians, who created the world’s oldest Trypillian civilization or culture. Then, they seemingly disappeared—either evaporated or flew to another planet.

After them, the Scythians supposedly fell from the sky.

The same story happened with the Sarmatians.

After their “departure,” the Antes appeared out of nowhere.

Then, sequentially, the Ruthenians and Ukrainians emerged.

No connection between them whatsoever.

A strange and distorted history, along with the historians who preach it. Such things don’t even happen in principle.

Of course, migration processes have always existed and will continue, but the core of a nation has always remained on its land.

Especially since this is fertile and blessed land, there was no reason for us to “push off” to swamps and sands of cold Russia or the deserts of Asia.

Population surpluses migrated, criminals and idlers were expelled, but abandoning the beautiful landscapes for much worse ones was out of the question.

This is not some groundbreaking discovery; these are self-evident truths.

So what connection do today’s Ukrainians have with, say, the Trypillians or the Antes?

How are they linked to us, modern Ukrainians?

This question has an absolutely simple answer. Scientists state that nations are organized exactly like human families. Each of us has ancestors: parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and great-great-grandparents. Their surnames may not match yours, but they are your direct kin – your genetic kin.
The Trypillians, Scythians, Sarmatians, Antes, and Ruthenians are interconnected and related to us, modern Ukrainians, just as your great-grandfather, grandfather, father, and you are connected within a family.

Trypillia, Scythia, Sarmatia, Antia, and Rus are connected with present-day Ukraine, as are all the transitional forms of Ukrainian statehood between them.

Yes, Ukrainian statehood specifically, and not any other.

This is well understood in other countries of the world. They grasp the territorial and genetic continuity of a nation.

Nowadays, genetics has advanced to the point where, through blood analysis, it is possible to determine the village your father originates from.

And this genetics of the Ukrainian population demonstrates that the people originally tied to Ukrainian land – its water, food, sunlight, and earth’s radiation – never left this land, passing their unique genetic identity to their descendants, i.e., to us.

From this, we can draw a completely justified conclusion: all the peoples who lived on our territory are ancient Ukrainians, our direct ancestors. Modern Ukraine is the direct successor of Ancient Ukraine, regardless of what neighbors might have called it in those distant times.

One of the reasons for erasing our history lies in the fact that Muscovy seized Ukraine and discovered for itself the deeply rooted millennia-old history of Ukrainians. To “attach” itself to it, Ugro-Finnic Muscovy renamed itself Russia, while Baltic Lithuania was renamed Belarus.

Even on the 1648 map by Beauplan, such names do not exist; there is only Muscovy.

Ancient Rus without Ukraine is complete nonsense.

All of Russia’s current hysteria and claims to Ukraine boil down to one thing: the creation of an independent Ukraine took away from Russia its ancient history, which it had stolen from Ukraine.

Russia’s history doesn’t go beyond the 14th century.

The seizure of Ukraine pushed Russia’s history several millennia deeper.

And the Russians are not bothered by the fact that no Trypillian settlements existed on Russian territory.

They are only ours, Ukrainian.

Efforts to falsify Ukraine’s history continue. Recently, it was claimed that the Scythians are not the ancestors of Ukrainians since they lived not only on Ukrainian territory but across all of Eurasia.

A bizarre statement. Thousands of Scythian burial mounds, including those of their kings, are located precisely in the Dnipro region, that is, in Ukraine.

If the Scythians lived throughout Eurasia, then it turns out they were transported thousands of kilometers to be buried in Ukraine—a complete absurdity.
